Jennifer services the Northeast Georgia Hearing and Balance Clinic in Lavonia. Jennifer's task include patient phone calls, visiting physician practices and other key referral sources to help establish and maintain referral relationships. Jennifer joined Northeast Georgia Hearing and Balance Clinic in June 2013. She is married to Todd London and they have 3 sons, Bradley, Benjamin and Beau. She lives in Hartwell and she loves going to Hart County High School's Friday night football, cooking, attending her children's sporting events, teaching college students at church and most of all spending quality time with her husband.

Audiology Assistant

Amber joined our practice after relocating from Brunswick, GA by way of Baltimore, MD. She has over four years experience working in the hearing healthcare profession. As an audiology assistant Amber instructs patients with proper care and use of hearing assistive devices as well as performing routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure patient's receive maximum benefit from their devices. Amber's husband, Dustin, is a student at UGA studying economics.

As our Customer Care Representative, Marilyn performs many customer service related tasks including patient phone calls, mailing birthday cards and attending health fairs. She also visits physician practices and other key referral sources to establish and maintain referral relationships. Marilyn joined Hearing and Balance Clinics of Athens and Northeast Georgia in March 2010. Marilyn has a son and daughter and lives in Bogart. She enjoys cooking, entertaining, reading, traveling and listening to all type of music.

Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Thomas, a 30-year veteran in the field, has been serving the Athens and surrounding communities since 1988. She received her undergraduate in Speech Pathology and her Graduate in Audiology from the University of Montevallo in Montevallo, Alabama, near her hometown of Birmingham. She received her doctorate in Audiology from Arizona School of Health Sciences, Mesa, Arizona in 2000. Her experience has been in hospital settings, as well as working with local Ear, Nose and Throat Physicians before opening her private practice in 2003. She is licensed by the State of Georgia in Audiology, is a founding member of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA), a member of the Georgia Academy of Audiology (GAA), Academy of Doctors of Audiology (ADA), and is certified by the American Institute of Balance (AIB) and the Tinnitus Practitioners Association (TPA), as well as a member of the Vestibular Disorders Association (VEDA). She resides in Watkinsville with her husband and has two grown children, the youngest serving in the United States Air Force. Outside of Audiology her passions include leaded and fused glass as well as her three grandchildren.
